Took my 01 Mazda Miata special edition there for a p1518 code! I swapped computers I swapped vacuum Solenoid and switches I changed vacuum lines and one way check valves. I also cleaned the intake and egr valve and passage ways and I couldn’t get the dang car fixed! Well these guys did fix it and it was really fast and the properly diagnosed it and fixed it without throwing parts at it like I was because that code was very wide range of what I could be! So very happy with those parts of my experience! Now I did get surprised by the shops hourly charge! I believe it was 165 a hour! Most shops I have been to have been in the 100-130$hr range

I took a used Subaru I was planning on buying to Kyle for a prepurchase inspection and I’m so grateful for Kyle’s expertise and validation. He did a super thorough job, and left no stone unturned, to ensure I was getting a good car. Kate and Alyssa were working the desk, incredible friendly and down to earth. They were able to get me in for an appointment right away. My car search experience was overall a negative one (with some shady sales tactics), but going to this shop was the one highlight. My experience with Import Intelligence was one to make me a customer for life. My 06 350z convertible was a bit of a struggling project car. Multiple codes and a 2k limp mode. I spent weeks attempting to fix it myself, swapping parts and sensors to no avail. Defeated, I took it to the dealer who couldn't figure it out either. My last ditch effort was to call around and see of maybe there was someone out there who could take on the challenge and on my 10th call, I talked to Kate and knew right away I found the right shop. Matt is hands down a genius. He was able to diagnose and fix my Z which has been an absolute joy to drive since. If you love your car and want it treated so, this is the shop for you. Terrific team to work with! Recently took my car to the Honda dealer for suspension problems, and received a quote for the work. I immediately called Import Intelligence and spoke with Kate, I explained the work that was recommended, and she called me back within minutes with the estimate for the work. We scheduled the date for the work, and it was all completed as promised. The cost of repairs were HALF of what was quoted from the dealership! After picking up the car yesterday, it felt like I was driving a brand new car. It is definitely worth the 1 hour drive from South Jersey to get my repairs performed. The entire staff is amazing!!

Upon a recommendation from my son, I had my newly purchased used car checked out at Import Intelligence. I could not be happier with their professional service, thanks to Matt and Brian. My car was picked up in the morning at my workplace. Brian called me after the inspection and thoroughly explained what they found. After my approval, they did a minor repair promptly. My car was then returned to me at my workplace - how convenient is that! Overall my experience was excellent from start to finish and I would highly recommend Import Intelligence to others.
