I have had them look at two of my older Mercedes, they have been fair, reasonable, and professional. They know what they are doing, and have been able to take care of what I have needed. Their prices are fair and reasonable! If my import needs work beyond what I can do at home, I will always take it to them!

The team at Import Masters are professional and good at what they do! My car starter needed to be repaired, and the wrong starter model was recommended to them (my car is a manual transmission) and sent. The manager called to clearly communicate what happened and when the car would be ready. He charged us the originally quoted price for parts & labor despite multiple installations. I appreciated the clear communication and good work.
