First, let me say that I am not from Mississippi and not familiar with the area, but I was purchasing a used car nearby and wanted to have it evaluated before committing. I found Import Performance online and saw that they worked on foreign cars, so in a pinch I gave them a call to see if they would do an inspection for me. When I arrived, Ms. Pam greeted me like a good friend and quickly helped me. I was told that Darnell was the man for the job and he would find any and all issues. That was an understatement. He explained every potential issue he saw and took pictures and videos of the things that were concerning so that I could show the dealership. Promised vehicle in two weeks, it’s been 14 weeks and still no vehicle. Bid at $2600 sent bill for 5000. I couldn’t do the job. They said they would do so car still unfinished.

I needed new brake pads and they replaced them quickly and for a good price. While they were changing my pads they also let me know of a caliper issue I had that needed to be fixed. If I had let it go on longer it would have been a more serious issue. Darnell is an amazing mechanic and treats the customers vehicle as if they were his own. I appreciate the quality customer service and will be back for any other car services I need.
