Jim is an extraordinary mechanic. As a female it's already iffy trusting mechanic. It's like the see us coming an overprice everything because we don't know any better. Or they say they fixed something and put a new part on and didn't. Jim, you can trust him. He showed me my old parts and doesn't try to get you to add on services that's not needed 💯 he is very honest. When I thought I needed brakes he told me I had about a month before I really needed them. I drive a Audi q5 so things can be a little expensive and I like the fact he tells you the truth and not about getting a dollar.

Our dealership was going to charge us a lot for repairs that weren’t needed. Jim is the best!

Jim is the best mechanic I have EVER been to!!!! I have been at Pep boys and Midas different locations and they always either ripped me off or changed my oil/filter that was later leaking on the street. Jim fixed all the issues in my car, not only he provided the best service but also at much less. He knows every part, its material and will explain in detail what he will do and why. He is very knowledgable, will choose parts that are cheaper but very durable. He will never do anything in your car that is unnecessary.

I discovered Import Service Unlimited on google after a negative experience at the VW dealership and I am so happy I did. Jim was kind, transparent, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help get me back on the road and I could not recommend enough. 10/10
