Highly trusted. I will not let anyone else touch my BMW. It’s been 5 years of complete confidence in their service. The first time I took my car in for service, I explained that I was previously at the BMW Dealership and felt as though I was being taken advantage of because I was a female. Told them I was looking for someone who would treat me fairly and look after my 2013 convertible that I love! I never ended up needing what the dealership said I needed! Dave is as gracious as can be, Nick always explains what he needs to do and what might need to be done in the future so I am prepared. Thank you for caring about your customers.

Nick is by far the best mechanic out there for BMWs he has gone out of his way many times for my bipolar BMW and he gets the job done very quickly!!! I highly recommend this shop I would never let anyone else touch my car! !! Nick and Dave you are both awesome!!! Keep up the amazing work!!

I have used Imported Car Care for years to service my Audi A5, and more recently my wife's Lincoln SUV. They are professional and reasonably priced. I've always found them highly credible because they won't try to upsell services you don't need in the short term.

Scammers!! Gave them an opportunity to fix my Range Rover's coolant leak. Paid them 5k to diagnose the problem and fix the vehicle. Got the vehicle back with a slower coolant leak and a blown head gasket. They refuse to fix their mid diagnosis and also refuse to reimburse me my money needless to say I'm taking them to court. They don't deserve one star. They are only good for changing tires and batteries. This is your heads up.
