They Specialize in imported cars here. Pete is the mechanic who fixed my Volvo XC90 and made it fun to drive again! Now he is working on my Audi A4 Quattro!

A few weeks ago, I purchased a 2003 SLK 230. The same day I bought it, it began leaking transmission fluid. Some quick research and recommendations brought me to Pete at Imported Motor Cars. This is my first Mercedes and I am certainly very unknowledgeable about them. Pete did a full transmission service on my car and changed the battery. He also replaced the wiper blades free of charge, which was very kind of him. I held off on writing this well-deserved 5 star review because I wanted to make sure what I wrote was accurate. It has been out of the shop for a few weeks now and it is driving like a dream, far better than I had ever expected. I've been bringing my Audi A8L to Pete for years now. He keeps it in great shape, he's honest and does great work. He has even submitted warranty replacements in suspension parts that I didn't even realize broke. I'll always bring my Audi here to Pete he's an excellent and honest Mechanic...and actually he's more of an engineer. He knows everything about these cars.

1980 MERCEDES IS IN WORSE RUNNING ORDER AFTER THE WORK HERE. PETE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME. HE SAID I WAS TRYING TO DUMP MY CAR ON HIM. NOT TRUE AT ALL. MY GRANDDAUGHTER VERY FIRST CAR SHE WANTED TO KEEP IT FOREVER. THE CAR NEEDED BRAKE WORK. HE SAYS HE DIDN'T TEST DRIVE IT BEFORE HE WORKED ON IT OR AFTER. MY OPINION TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Highly recommend these guys. Pete is amazing! They send you pictures of everything they are seeing - diagnostic alerts/codes, replacements needed, etc. step by step you are there as they inspect. It’s super easy to search the diagnostic codes yourself online (car manufacturer manuals). And Pete was completely truthful in explaining the codes. Pricing is reasonable, and they never pressure you with services. They are now my forever mechanic.
