Imports Plus

Tim was very helpful with the AC issue I had. He explained the plan to diagnose in such a way that the cost was controlled and the AC works great now. I already had researched the pricing at the dealership and just their diagnosis price was ridiculously high. I have used Imports Plus for repairs on my wife's car and will continue to use them as needed in the future.

We were headed home from SC to the Villages, driving our 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman Turbo. As we neared Columbia a serious check engine light came on. I found Imports Plus 20 miles away and called. Tim was so kind and we were able to get there for Eric to evaluate our Mini. We were basically stranded with 400 more miles to go. They evaluated our car and told us the problem. It was serious but helped us to make it home without serious difficulty. The most important issue was they didn't charge us anything above the evaluation cost and a quart of oil. We can't say enough about them and also their concern as they wanted us to call when we arrived home. How can you not trust people like these. They were angels to us and we are forever grateful. These guys have been working on our cars for years and we've always been extremely happy with the service and professionalism. Tim's great at working within a specified budget and communicates options really well. I tried Jim Hudson Ford in Lexington only because I was out of town and it's close to where my husband works but the crappy attitudes of those in the service department prompted me to get a second opinion. Thank God I did because JH Ford misdiagnosed my car's problem very badly and quoted me $1500 for the repair. Had I fallen for their BS, I would have been out that money and unable to afford the fix for the actual problem. I definitely won't be wasting my time or energy with Jim Hudson again.

Very professional staff who took the time to go over in detail the issues with my Audi. Repair was done timely and updates and comprehensive detail in writing was conveyed to me. Tim, John and Missy were a pleasure to work with. I thought the price was reasonable with no hidden charges. Recommend highly.

Excellent service and communication. They helped repair what others couldn’t or refused to acknowledge. This will be the only shop I use going forward! For reference, I have a 2022 VW Tiguan. Imports plus also has a couple VW master techs and they will make sure your vehicle is running as it should. Tim goes the extra mile and does way more than anyone would expect and that left a lasting impression! I’m so pleased with my experience.
