I LOVE this place. Ross did an absolutely incredible job diagnosing and fixing my car. Plus, they are a family business! You can tell everyone who comes in here is a repeat customer- and a happy one at that. They are knowlegable, reputable, have awesome prices, and great service. Plus, the waiting area has a cool vintage auto vibe with antique cars and auto paraphenalia. Hands-down the best choice in transmissions. Thanks again Ross.

This place is the best transmission shop that I have been to! The owners are hardworking caring people who genuinely want to help. I had an issue with my 2018 GMC Sierra, and the owner was able to take it in and let me know exactly what was going on. The communication was excellent, The service was unbelievable, and everything was done within a very short period. I spoke with one of their techs for a good 20 minutes afterwards, they provided me with a bunch of useful information and knowledge. If I could give the shop 10 more stars, they deserve it! I highly recommend, and will be back for future repairs! Thank you In Gear

Took my ram 2500 to them when I was told I needed a hole new axle was just a bearing and a seal i was so impressed , I brought it back to have my wheel bearing replaced highly recommended family owned garage

I'm still in shock they fixed my daughters car and it's running beautifully. 2 other "transmission specialists" told me it would require a transmission rebuild and would be north of $5K to get her car back up and running. Ross at In Gear didn't agree and after a couple of weeks and a lot of work on their end, her car is running beautifully. The costs were more than fair for the amount of time they spent diagnosing the issue. We are so grateful and would absolutely recommend this shop!

Many small business usually lack in at least one area : service , skill or customer care. Not In-Gear . This Mom and Pop shop didn’t disappoint. They hit it out of the park for me.
