IN-N-OUT OIL CHANGE

I went for an emission test and ended up getting an oil change and cabin filter change, which I knew I needed. Prior to going, my 2014 Honda CRV had no issues but as soon as I left, I noticed the AC was no cooling the way it has been before. I came back the next day, and spoke to the same Manager who serviced me, for him to try to “explain” that there’s no way the filter would’ve caused issues with my AC. When I told him my car was fine before I came, he tried to gaslight me and refused to service the AC issue they caused unless I paid $200 for a “AC Service” to get Freon.

These guys did a great job. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Great service, and 10 times better than the children that work at Take 5 next door. Highly recommend.

I was making plans to come here next week until I read the negative reviews. It’s a shame that companies such as this want to screw over hard working people. Don’t they understand that Karma will catch up with them in the end.

They aren't kidding about "In and Out." Quick service and always done right. They even catch things like a bulb burned out or door teim loose. Not to make a sale. Just to let me know. Thanks, guys.

10/10 service. The guys were honest and very clear with the issues I had. They gave me a really good price. And finished everything super fast! They were so good through the whole process, I will start brining my car here from now on for everything! The take 5 I used to go to has lied and robbed me so many times.
