IN & OUT TIRE Buckhannon

Have been recommending this place to everyone here in Buckhannon and in Weston. I thought they only did tires but they do much more than that. I’ve been there twice for my Explorer and the professionalism is a welcome change. Especially as a woman, I am usually intimidated whenever I go to car shops where there is a lot of testosterone flying about (with cussing to go along) but I felt very comfortable and respected here. It’s also so nice to see a female face at the front desk who is also very helpful and professional. They did a great and honest job fixing my vehicle and I didn’t feel like they were trying to fix things that didn’t need to be fixed just to get some more money out of me. I've only had two experiences here the last experience was getting my car alignment done. They did a great job with it it is a very busy mechanic shop so expect a wait while you're here. They do have coffee in the waiting room, but there's a goodwill next door that will serve you very well. My only complaint has nothing to do with the quality of work or anything that could be helped by the staff. My only complaint has to do with the wait time, but again that's a problem that comes with picking experience and quality, so not a bad problem.

I was traveling, on my way home to Ohio. Keith is the best. I had tire issues, Keith and his crew made it possible for me to make it to Clarksburg where I was able to get a new tire.I highly recommend, in and out tires, there is no better customer service. Marti chapman

UPDATE: IN & OUT has been very nice in trying to reach out to my father (whom refused to call and talk to them but says he's going to talk to them next time he's there) but I have learned new info since leaving my review and it was NOT in and outs fault. What I did not know was that he did not go back to get them torqued (why they dont do that from the get go idk but thats not the point) when he was supposed to. My dad got new tires and had them put on here about a week ago. It started making awful noises not long after. Come to find out today whoever put them on did not tighten the lug nuts properly. One of his wheels was about to fall off because mulitiple lug nuts had loosened with several ready to fall off and the rest finger loose. If that wheel had come off while driving it could've

We had a situation come up where I had blown a tire and Keith was able to really help us out of a predicament. My tire is not commonly stocked and I had an emergency that came up and need to get to my kids ten hours away. Keith was able to get me a tire and install complete within hours to get me back on the road to my family. Great service, Keith is a life saver. Highly recommend and genuinely appreciate your help.
