Being broke down, stranded, away from home with my children, with a ways to go to my destination, O'Reilly's Auto Parts told my husband (who was not with us) to call Tim. He met us at the O'Reilly's on HWY 62 (which we thought was for a tow to his shop), and instead he fixed our van right there in the cold & wind and got us back on the road quickly after the scanner told him Cylinder bank 5 was misfiring, and advised me to get all spark plugs and ignition coils replaced before having a shop dig into the engine . He was fair, competent, and aware of safety for and my girls. The van ran great for the rest of the trip and he even texted to make sure we got there safely. My car sits low to the ground so he used his mind and engineered a way to not scrape the front bumper as it loaded. He was friendly, humble yet had a very personable funny personality. A real gem!
