I just bought a car from Inca today. The sales team was kind and straight forward. I asked my questions and got straight honest answers. I mentioned a few things that my Uncle noticed about the vehicle that needed to be addressed. They fixed the issues quickly without charging so the vehicle would be road ready. The price was more than fair. I love the car I got. I hope to be able to post an update later on.

My son purchased a jeep today from inca! I could not be happier or more satisfied with the experience. The process was easy, comfortable and fun. 0 pressure! We were allowed to look and talk and think without any harassing. Extremely polite and friendly. Minor issues with the vehicle were easily resolved before we left. ( locking lug nut with no key) 100% recommended and I will return

Bought a car from them, but before I signed the documents I made them promise to exchange all four brake pads, even have the receipt that states that they would do it. Took it in that same week for the repair, afterwards they assured me all four were replaced. Come to find out that they only did half the job and lied to my face! That following week took it to my shop because it was shaking too much while driving the car, and my repair guy told me and showed me the back brake pads had nothing on them! And we also needed to replace the rotors because they were warped. At least be honest with your customers while doing busy. There goes around $600 bucks !

0 STARS IF I COULD!!. Went to buy what I thought was a nice reliable family car for my kids and I. Explained that we go to Portland very often for my daughter's special needs appointment and told them we needed something reliable. Fast forward 1 week and the AC goes out, take it to my mechanic and they confirmed it was messed with to last a little bit longer and was going to cost $800 to fix. My father called and complained to the dealer and they denied ever selling us the car. Fast forward another month and we get a quote from a shop for $3,000 because the whole front end needs done and there's an excessive amount of rust (which when looking at the car we specifically asked if there was any rust underneath the vehicle and we're told "no there is no rust that we can see") now I'm $4,000 m
