This place offers such a wonderful independent living experience! We have had the pleasure of providing on-site exceptional therapy services to the residents for over 15 years. Having therapy services available within the community is a huge plus- it's convenient, personalized, and makes a real difference in helping residents maintain their maximum level of independence and allow them to remain in independent living. They recent remodel is very stylish! The staff is tentative to the residents' needs, which offers piece of mind for residents and their families. I would highly recommend Independence Village to anyone looking for a senior living community to call home.

For ten years I watched my friend struggling to navigate the constant change in owners and the increase in rent and decrease of servies. The general disrespect and violation of privacy was overwhelming! I encountered a custodian, JOEL that spilled out personal information as well as his personal opinion of my friend. WHY IS THE CUSTODIAN IN ANY WAY INTERACTIVE WITH VISITORS? There was also unexplained disappearances of cash money and allowance of family members without prior permission from the resident! Let's make this perfectly clear, my friend is cognitive and fully aware of her choices and rights, for which this place violated continuously under different management! This business.... What a beautiful facility with amazing staff! I appreciated the cleanliness and welcoming environment. The activities for residents to create a community experience is incredible. I look forward to visiting my mom and for her getting to make friends.

I’ve attended a few events the village hosts for the folks who live there. The staff have been so friendly and warm, the grounds and the building are very well kept and designed, and the events were well executed and well attended.
