Kind, helpful and communicative. They got the transmission replaced even faster than they said they could and they were so responsive. They even texted me pictures of the warranty and other paperwork when I had questions. Go to them especially if you’re a student!

Had problems with the K-Jet system on my old Mercedes, and my neighbor recommended this place because she’s been going here for like 30 years. They fixed it in less than a day, did some other work as well, and it was somehow like incredibly inexpensive. How often does a car repair place do a better job than expected for less money than expected?! Heck yeah bugwerks/autowerks - definitely recommend this place!
