I cannot say enough positive about these folks. I could take my equipment up the road, pay a lesser shop rate, and hope that the work is done right. Or I can take it the 1.5 hour drive and KNOW the work will be done right. I appreciate a shop that takes the time to diagnose an issue, and not just throw parts at the problem hoping to get it taken care of.

Being broke down, a long way from home. Two days of trying to find out what the problem was, a shop that could get me in. Most places were backed up for weeks. Stuck in a hotel, no way to get around. Forty foot Gooseneck that needed a place to store safely. Only place that might get me in next week would have to park my truck outside downtown, with no fence or security. Yikes!! Welcome Friday, took a deep breath, started searching again using different keywords. Bam, the stars are aligned, I heard angel wings, and I found independent diesel services. They were very friendly, helpful, and concerned. No one else seemed to care. They were very knowledgeable, the text they sent Brian I think his name was. Please excuse me if I get it wrong. He knew his stuff and his way around a Dodge Ram C

These guys were great. I had a wheel seal go out on my truck. They were able to get me in and fix it in a very timely manner. Blake made sure to let me know what he found and why it happened. Very satisfied in the way it all came together.....

Be very wary of using this place. They will do things without first communicating with you and ultimately not fix the issue and then tell you that it needs several thousand dollars worth of work done. When in reality they have not actually looked at any fault codes to determine the actual issue. Took my truck somewhere else, and it was fixed within an hour, and I was informed what the shop was saying. It needed was incorrect.

9 am Called their roadside service to replace rear brake rotor and 8 wheel studs on 2016 Dodge Ram 2500. Staff on the phone been really ubderstandable and friendly. Representative said that their hourly rate is 135$/hours. Everybody busy... got appointment around 5pm. Tech called at 4:45 and been asking about condition. Called back around 5:15 and offered to tow us instead of fixing. Offer been refused, cause we have 42 ft trailer behind with 2 cars. Around 6 tech called and said that he is on his way to pick the parts and meet the driver. ( meanwhile I checked parts prices and availability at all dodge dealers in the area) Tech arrived at 7:30 and been working till 10:10z Made it fast and good. And here starts the most interesting: Invoice Service Call $884 (6hr and 30min paid) ( 2hr and
