Dave is an honest guy but his work is very poor. I've had to get 2 jobs redone at other mechanics because of shoddy work which costs me thousands. 2 other mechanics told me not to go back to him after seeing his work. He never tells you what maintenance is needed and was unable to diagnose something on my car that another mechanic did in 5 minutes.

I hit a pot hole in DTLA and it broke the oil cooler return line. I took it in on a Thursday around 2pm and it was fixed on Friday at 12 less than 24hrs. I must say that David went above and beyond to fix my car in less than 24 hrs, WOW and I didn't expect to get my car back for at least two weeks!!! Oh that's not even the best part y'all!!!. What took the win/ icing on the cake is that David threw in a few extra perks as a thank you for my business!! I will never take my BMW to any other Professional! THANK YOU DAVID! MY HERO!

I called to ask for a small job after I mentioned what the job was on a bmw the guy on the phone the owner apparently became audibly annoyed and told me that they just don’t do that I enquired further because he suggested to take my job to another type of shop I explained it needed a special tool that they would most certainly have but he wasn’t having it rudely told me we just don’t do that as if I was an annoyance more than a potential customer. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Learn to treat clients with the respect your being treated, imagine if you had an issue with their actual paid work they would surely treat you terribly estay away

after a decade of going to my local Audi stealership for service I've since only used independent shops. this is the best one yet. I took my 2008 A4 in for service, after three visits to diagnose the problem and it still persisting on the third try he sent me out with a fixed car and *no charge*!! great service great prices. Run don't walk

Terrible experience here today I dropped my car off at 9:00 a.m. I was hoping to get it before 1:00 he said it will be done it was a radiator replacement I called back at 1 he said it will be finished in a couple of hours.. didn't pick it up till 4:15 p.m. I will definitely find somewhere else to take my car I know it doesn't take 7 hours to replace a radiator. You must have to be special to get your car looked at first cuz I know they didn't even touch it till after 1:00.. they do awesome work though, my dad used to go to this place a long time ago and they gave him great service I'm very unhappy about the service I got all the again they do great work and they have good prices
