Joe in sales went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect trailer! The manager, Jason was accommodating and very fair getting us within our budget and we would, and have already recommended this place to friends and family!
We called from the road as we were traveling from So Cal to Washington on a Friday afternoon. Bobby, the service manager told us to come by and he’d check out or issue!! I was expecting him to say the next appointment was in two weeks. Not only did he see us right away, they got the service done in under an hour! We are so thankful for Independent RV’s willingness to say “Yes, come on in!” Also, all the staff we interacted with were all very nice and friendly! Thanks again you guys!!!
We had such a positive experience with Independent RV, if I could give them 10 stars , I would. From our initial phone conversation until we picked up our 5th wheel following the repairs, we could not have been more satisfied. The communication and service was excellent. Indeed, they beat their own timeline. Bobby and his associates were personable and did exactly what they said they would do. I would not hesitate to take our RV back to them for any other issues, nor hesitate to refer them to friends. I wish them continued success.

After 2 weeks of ownership and first trip to Pinecrest,Ca,what can I say my 2024 forest River Sunseeker performed flawlessly,everything worked as it should,,I stopped by there repair shop on the way home to double check if my fresh water tank was working as it should ,a few of their technicians came out right away to unplug a possible blockage in the fresh water tank vent.what a awesome team and crew.Thank you Stacy for helping me find the perfect class C rv for my family,I’m definitely going to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a rv or travel trailer,again thanks to the whole crew at independent Rv in my hometown
