Independent Tire & Auto Repair

I went to Independent Tire after being highly recommended by a friend, and I have to say, Mary surpassed any expectations I had. Long story short, the dealership had put a metal cap on my valve stem unbeknownst to me during a service, it was stuck on, I could not get it off, and at my next service the dealership said they were unable to get it off. I was told I would have to have the whole valve stem and likely sensor replaced. I was not happy with this... so I waited to fix the issue (because who has time to keep going back to the dealership for hours). Now we're in winter and my low tire pressure light is on with no way to put air in my tire... so I decided to stop in to see if Mary could help me before returning to the dealership (or alternative tire company). I've been a loyal customer of Independent Tire & Auto for several years because I truly appreciate their honest, no-nonsense, practical approach to my car repair issues. On their first day back from a well-deserved July break, I had to bring my car in because its air conditioning failed on the brink of an upcoming 3-hour trip during a heat wave. I knew they'd be crazy busy and maybe they wouldn't be able to get to it before I left on my trip the next day, but I figured I'd give it a shot and arrived there early (it's first-come, first-serve.) About four hours later after I brought the car in and its problem was diagnosed, it was fixed - wow! Excellent service as always, and many, many thanks for the restored a/c comfort - as well as my peace of mind.

Second time using Independent Tire this year and I will never go anywhere else. Mary and her staff were so helpful when I needed a new rim and helped me find the most affordable option and worked with me to get my tire fixed ASAP. I dont know a lot about tires and wheels and they never once made me feel silly for asking questions. So nice and genuinely so helpful. Their kindness turned my bad day and situation into something that wasn't that bad at all. I would recommend over and over again!
