Indian Motorcycle Boise

We made a last minute decision to drive the 4 hours to Boise just to look at one motorcycle. It has been agonizing to watch my husband be discounted by every sales person he talked to at other dealerships. He wanted the full customer service experience when he finally found the bike he wanted. These guys delivered! I feel like we can be overbearing and annoying at times but these guys were pros and stayed strong to the end. The motorcycles sell themselves, so the sales guy had to give us his best to make it all happen. Marios was professional and made the greatest first impression. He was happy for my husband and seemed to genuinely care about how we wanted to be treated. Jesse and Tony completed the trio with equal enthusiasm that made it all worth the drive. We went in just to look around and I wanted to look at a helmet. I ended up talking with Jesse in the lot where he showed me around the used inventory they had. He was super knowledgeable and patient explaining options and different models. I went to look at helmets and ended up leaving with a sport chief. Thank you so much Jesse!!!

I'm too old to ride, but if I was younger, an Indian would be the bike I would get. My daughter bought one she said she'd been looking for a long time and this one was exactly what she wanted. Good Sales Crew, very comfortable, no high pressure. 🤗

I LOVE my Indian motorcycle. I’ve bought 2 so far from them. Super fair pricing and the best bike selection. Btw. I am a 5’1” female and I ride a Chieftain. I freaking love it! Great for short peeps that want to ride a big bagger with all the power. Josh in sevice is great. I just can’t imagine going anywhere else. They take care of me and my beautiful Indian 🥰

I stopped in here on Friday August 1. Was in the showroom for over 20 minutes and didn’t see a single employee. They had a Springfield out front that I was very interested in but when you have no customer service I’m not going to wait around to try and buy a bike. Went over to Harley to take a look and was swamped by multiple people walking in the door. I’ll admit not my favorite but at least I was acknowledged! I will not be returning to this dealership.
