Indian Motorcycle of Palm Bay

Took my Indian Challenger in to the great team at Power Motorcycles yesterday, and they provided top level service! They had the Michelin C3 I needed in stock, installed it while I was there perfectly and even cleaned up my dirty rim!! Thanks RJ, Andrew, Bill, Shawn and team Indian! You’ve always taken great care of my three Indian Bikes.

This happened a month or so ago but the customer service was so good I had to come and give a review even a month later. An older gentleman at the parts and maintenance counter was super helpful even though they were out of the oil I needed. I dont remember much of our conversation nor his name unfortunately but his customer service genuinely blew me away. If I walk into a store that doesn't have what I need and I somehow leave happier than when I walked in, something needs to be said.

Walked into Indian Motorcycle of Palm Bay with full intentions of me and my brother buying two bikes. Three salesmen sitting chatting it up just looking at us not one of them asked if we needed help completing ignored us. Mind you that we were the only two customers in the store. Well if you need a hand this place is all hands on deck. I counted 12 people on staff when I walked in. I originally wanted to buy just a rain jacket for the approaching hurricane. I ended up spending way more than I wanted to in apparel wear. I got a pair of Klim boots and an super pleased with them.

I can’t say enough great things about Palm Bay Indian Motorcycle! I choose to take my bike over 90 miles just to have it serviced here because the workmanship is always first class and the customer service is second to none. Every time I walk through the door, I’m treated like family — not just another customer. Huge thank you to the entire staff! You all truly make the experience exceptional every single visit.
