Truly the best experience I've personally had purchasing a vehicle! We came to the shop to look for a bike for her thats more comfortable than her yamaha and the service manager spoke to us and answered all our questions. I've had 9 motorcycles, Tara has had 3. We traded my wife's motorcycle and dirt bikes for a new Indian Scout Bobber. The purchase was so easy and Mike worked with us to get an aftermarket exhaust, navigation and Bobber style mirrors. I brought my Challenger here to have the Lloydz Tune on it after some exhaust modifications. The shop is clean and organized. They are very nice and easy to speak with, they have some regulars that stop in from time to time to talk and drink a cup of coffee. Joe (the technician) was very helpful and went above and beyond with the ECU upgrade. While it was on the lift and during the test dive he noticed a couple of things that were off or need minor adjustments and handled them without being asked. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful with the process, and the Indian is performing better than ever! My wife came with me and found a great denim jacket that I know she will wear. On the return leg of a recent coast-to-coast trip my Indian motorcycle overheated while passing through Oklahoma--in what turned out to be a water pump issue. In short: My experience with Indian Motorcycles of Oklahoma was outstanding. Their lead tech dropped what he was doing and immediately started on my Pursuit. Their policy is to do all that they can to assist traveling riders. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem even though there could have been multiple reasons for overheating. They had me out the door by the end of the day. The entire staff understands what it takes to deliver exceptional customer service. I could not have asked for a higher degree of responsiveness, competency, or friendlier customer service. If I lived within 300 miles of this dealership, I'd gladly go to them
