Vacationing in Florida and my starter goes on my Yamaha 250 Sho the second day. Local told me to take here. They had it rebuilt in an hour. Unbelievable! Definitely recommend Indian river battery. A+++++

1st time visit last week when my car lost charge at the Dr's office. My friend came to jump the car and offered to go with me to this place so I could get my battery checked without being taken advantage of. I've needed too many jumps over the past couple years despite AAA. To keep it short, they were such a relief when everything else was going wrong. Jamie was so warm and welcoming and the service tech (should've gotten his name, sorry) did not act the way most do. He showed my the battery metrics with simplicity, gave the proper info direct without spin, and put the desired new battery in quickly as my friend and I were chatting. He was a perfect gentleman. I have been doing business for over 15 yrs with Indian river battery I went in last week to have my car checked because my car was shutting off. Went in the guy checked and said I wasn’t my alternator it was my battery so I bought another battery then the next day my alternator went out. Which the battery I had was a year old. So I ended up having to get a alternator I called IRB and explained wht happened and o was told if they still have the battery I could get it back, I go in to see if they had the battery and the owner wife whom ever she is came out rude as hell pointing her finger telling me to watch my tone with her as if I’m a child. I didn’t go in with an attitude at all but she definitely came out with one take it she had a nasty attitude the day I bought the battery, it’s sad to
