[UPDATE 10/3/25: They sent out a nice understanding adjuster to take pics. In less than 2 wks., I had a GENEROUS check. Color me impressed!] Company can email you, but you can't email them. My fiance has been with this company for 30 years,always paid on time,never even had an accident or had to file a claim,he recently had a stroke in October and somehow got confused about his payments.He thought he was up to date,but today he called to make his payment and was told that his insurance had been canceled due to non payment for January 2026.He tried to tell them that he would pay everything or anything that he needed to pay to catch up and was very rudely told that they couldn't give him insurance because now they have a new policy that in order to get insurance on your vehicle you also had to get home owners insurance.Never in my life have I ever heard of that!But its the simple fact that he has been a loyal customer for over 30 years and for them to treat a good customer like

I have had Indiana Farm Bureau for 6 years they like to raise your prices. And when I bought a newer car and ask to find out what I would be paying they gave me a price and that is what I expected. But then called and said there was a difference between the 2 policies so we worked together and I paid the difference. So my continued payments would be what we agreed upon. But that isn't what happen they changed the amount 16.00 higher a month. So I wouldn't expect to get what your quoted. And when I called and ask why, I was told thats how it was, and when I told them I would go somewhere else they just said go ahead we don't care.

If you are seeking insurance coverage, please don't use Indiana Farm Bureau. We were with them for 15+ years and this year they sent us a letter that our rates were increasing due to credit. However, some of the credit factors they were using against us were absolutely false and we confirmed it with LexisNexis. The INFB agent, agency manager (Carmel), district manager, Legal Compliance Dept and Customer Service, all did not care, and provided canned responses or ignored our complaints. Not one of them said "that doesn't sound right, let's get to the bottom of that." Instead, they just said there was nothing they could do and to work with LexisNexis, which I had already told them that we had already done that. We felt so ignored and not listened to. Had the misfortune of having to drive through IN and as if that wasn't bad enough, I got rear-ended by someone while parked which resulted in me having to issue a claim through this company. So many hiccups. Just to get a rental, they told me I had to wait a week because apparently only one person in their office has the ability to book them through Hertz. Fast forward a week, they booked a rental for a Hertz location in Oklahoma... I live in Cincinnati, OH. It's like the guy who hit me might as well have not had insurance. Unbelievable..
