INFINITI of Chattanooga

Our purchase of a 2023 Subaru Ascent was good. We had an appointment at 9:00 Saturday morning and they had the car out front waiting for us. Elijah was great at giving directions and pointing out features on the test drive. Paperwork went well and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. All required maintenance was performed prior to purchase including tire rotation and filters, which is a huge plus. The only negative is that the vehicle wasn’t cleaned before we arrived and had bug splatters on the windshield causing us to miss a chip in the windshield that could have been addressed during the purchase. We now have to pay Safelite to repair this. Also, if the vehicle had been cleaned prior we could have spent less time waiting in the showroom. Overall a good experience for a great car at

I had a great experience at Infiniti of Chattanooga. I had been searching for a particular used vehicle and what I wanted was in their inventory online. I called to see if the car was actually on their lot and to my surprise it was. They made an appt for me that afternoon and told me to ask for Jon. He was there when we arrived and the car was parked in front ready for a test drive. Jon was very helpful and friendly. The test drive went well and once I decided I wanted the vehicle, he helped with all the paperwork and found a great deal for me. Highly recommend this dealership. Very impressed.
