I had a great experience getting my car serviced here! I called Saturday morning and they had an opening for me the same day. I was in and out in about 50 minutes with my oil changed, tires rotated, multi point inspection, and car washed! They were so nice and helpful! Highly recommend!

Service is always great here, to the point I choose to still bring it to the dealer for routine maintenance . Clean and comfy waiting room, timely service, and within estimated time frame. The bill is what’s agreed upon, and my service advisor, Terron, explains what services are critical vs ones that can wait. Thanks Terron & Cool Springs Infiniti!
