I recently purchased a new car from Braden, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He truly went above and beyond to assist me, making the journey worthwhile. After driving two hours to find the perfect car, I was relieved to be met with such kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a great car. The staff was incredibly friendly, taking the time to answer all of my questions with care. It made the whole process so much smoother!

I am from Michigan and after looking for the exact Subaru that I wanted to find I was able to find the perfect car for myself and my little Boy with infinity. Braden was my sales associate who helped make this happen for me! Jason and Kyle both managers in the dealership and finance were also amazing. ***UPDATED Oct 2023*** I am posting an update to the last repair done by the Ft. Wayne Infiniti dealer was less than professional. On a ~$2k repair they had to take apart the front end with the radiator, hoses, brackets. That part seemed to be performed well with no issues. When they reassembled the front end, they must've used the incorrect bolts, placing too long of a bolt in the hood latch mechanism and stopping it from releasing. I spent 4+ hours disassembling/reassembling the front wheel wells, on my back, to eventually release the hood and then investigate why it did not work as it should = the longer bolt. When I alerted Infiniti, on 2 different occasions, they promised they would look into it both times and they never returned my call I finally gave up. Was very disappointed after

Today’s experience at Infiniti of Fort Wayne was spectacular! Ezra is friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions.
