INFINITI of Las Vegas - Service

I had a very pleasant experience at infinity of las Vegas service department. Kevin was my service advisor, he did a great job explaining everything to me. Very professional and knowledgeable, he kept me updated and got me back on the road fairly quick. The whole staff was welcoming and very kind. I had an excellent experience at this place. I highly recommend it, thanks Kevin.

Excellent customer service, while my car was in shop for repairs! I received multiple texts keeping me informed on how my car needed the different repairs done! Some texted even showed videos of the leaking parts! Thanks for the great service and allowing me have a loaner vehicle to use! Kevin is great & Pedro!

I had another good experience at Las Vegas INFINITI. The service representative ( Kervin)was very thorough, patient, and took the time to really explain the issues with my car. This is the second time that I have had my car serviced and the staff is always friendly and caring!

I have two more services for free with Infiniti, but I do not think I will be returning as the one that I received on Tuesday was a fiasco. They did not correctly give me an oil change, and I kept getting alerts every 10 minutes that my car would misfire and implode on itself leaving me to worry all day. The service advisor Kevin was kind enough to send someone to my house to pick up my vehicle to make sure that it was addressed and fixed however, it was wasted so much of my gas. I still think that there is a lot that needs to be addressed regarding the service that I received. How can a simple oil change go so wrong. How can they not push the oil measuring stick all the way down or close a cap!? Do you know who would never do me like that Jiffy Lube! Just saying ! Considering I'm sti

Infiniti was nothing but great, from the start when I met with Kerven the service associate he we very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the process to have my vehicle serviced. Infiniti went above and beyond with service and accommodations, Kerven kept me informed with updates as they arise daily. I am very thankful and impressed by Infiniti dealership and have no problem returning for any other services.
