INFINITI of Orland Park Service Department

Overall a nice experience it was very busy because Nissan and infiniti are in one building for now. I had a coupon for BOGO free and they said the next one will be free. I hope so. Nice and friendly staff and all areas were clean. Thumbs up. I'll be coming here to replace my thermostat as well.

Came in for an oil change because Infiniti of Orland had a special on Synthetic oil changes. I like the overall inspection they give with a report detailing the level of seriousness for each inspection and the cost. The waiting area was very comfortable and I am pleased with the service they provided.

MY SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE MIKE WAS AS USUAL THERE TO OPEN THE DOOR TO ALLOW ME INTO THE SERVICE BAY AREA, AN AS USUAL HE TOOK CARE OF ALL OF THE PAPER WORK AND SHOWED ME THE NEW CUSTOMER WAITING AREA. ONCE THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED MIKE TOOK ME TO THE NEW CASHIER AREA TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE, MIKE THEN TOOK ME TO WHERE MY VEHICLE WAS PARKED AND WISH ME A HAPPY NEW YEAR. THIS YOUNG MAN IS A GREAT EMPLOYEE THAT I HOPE THAT YOU GUYS RECOGNIZE HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE TALENT WHEN TAKING CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS. GRAT GUY!!! CHESTER L. KIDD

I do not care for the Nissan dealership for service. But since the Infiniti location merger is still fairly new, I'll give them grace. Oil change took 2+ hours, but I guess that's expected at the dealership.

I went to Infiniti of Orland park service department for an oil change the staff was amazing. The waiting wasn't long for service. Also reasonable price and a car wash will go again for my vehicle service. Thank you.
