In my experience, the stereotype surrounding vehicle repairs is prevalent, and I have always been cautious about the information provided regarding potential issues and necessary repairs. However, I can assure you that customer service is not as neglected as it may seem. Jim, also known as James, effectively addressed all of my vehicle concerns, both known and unknown. He demonstrated expertise, friendliness, efficiency, and trustworthiness. In fact, he made me proud to be an Infiniti owner. If I were to ask if I received my money’s worth, I would unequivocally state that I did not. Rather, I obtained far more than my initial investment. Infiniti Jim is a KEEPER!

This is my second purchase with Infinti and last!! Purchased my vehicle 6 months ago, in for 1st service. Need new battery and tires. Really !?!? Battery warranty expired 2 weeks ago. Sales manager Brian and Service manager Chris couldn't make executive decision to make this right and replace battery! Very disheartening. Really consider where you purchase your next vehicle.

I was totally impressed with their service and professionalism. I especially liked Doug, who was responsive and made this whole experience smooth. HIghly recommend.

I brought my QX60 here after having it die on me multiple times and other Infiniti service centers not being able to figure out the problem more than once. I didn’t have an appointment but I brought it in the morning and I was out by noon. Theodore did a great job and the techs provided great service!
