It's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone to schedule a service appointment. I'm constantly stuck in an endless automated phone loop. Makes me wish my wife didn't lease an Infiniti. The fact that I need to email them for an appt is bad service. Zero human touch. Unfortunately now we have to drive across town to infinity of coral gables. Update: finally got through to the automated service scheduler and it tried to book an appt but doesn’t give a price quote or tell me what services are being scheduled. All around bad service. We won’t be buying a vehicle here.
