Jerry had the best customer service. He kept me informed with everything that was going on with my car. The waiting area was very clean and they definitely had full of snacks. 😛

My experience on this visit did not meet my expectations. My appointed time was set, but my vehicle oil change and tire rotation were not completed until over 2 hours later. Although Patrick had to leave, he assured me that he had another service advisor to keep me informed. Unfortunately, I had to get an advisor to update me on my vehicle. They finally pulled my vehicle around. There was a concern with one of my tires. It was checked and placed back on my vehicle. The service tech left the chemical agent they used to check my tire on my tire. As I further observed my vehicle, all 4 valve caps were missing and one of my Infiniti center caps was missing. I asked for my vehicle to be detailed and offered to pay once my service was done. Well my vehicle was not detailed at all. Although he offered to come get my vehicle and correct the issue. I opted because it should have been done after service and not wait for me to say anything about it.

When I arrived at the service department, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The young man who helped me, Patrick, was not only nice but also had a great sense of humor. He reassured me that my car would be ready by lunchtime. True to his word, my vehicle was ready, and it had even been washed. Thank you for the excellent service!
