INFINITI Service

Service installed wheels and tires on a new QX80 before I took delivery. Vehicle was not aligned , steering wheel off center and severe pull to the right . Next day after delivery took it back to rectify this , 2.5 hours later wheel is still off center and now pulling to the left. It’s a new vehicle !!! They don’t test drive after an alignment ? It’s pretty concerning that zero effort was made to provide effective service to a customer brand new to the brand. I guess they are not interested in customer retention . We’ll see if they fix it effectively and efficiently

Customer BEWARE!! I went in and bought a part for my Infinity. My total cost for this part was $198.96, I gave the rep $200 , to my dismay no one in the entire dealership had change. If I would have used my card they would have charged me a 3% fee. I left without my change. I can only imagine how many other customers have gone through this. Makes you wonder if the company is keeping the money or the employee is pocketing the change out of every customer that goes there.

The level of customer service was not what I expected from Infiniti. I had an appointment that apparently depended on the weather, to which I was never advised when the appointment was made. Nor did the service dept. call me to reschedule. I drove 30 min. and altered my work schedule and was told they can't do it upon arrival. Initially when I entered service no one greeted me, they just walked right by as if I wasn't there. Finally, someone approached and said what are you hear for, still no hello. He continues to question me about my appointment, so I directed him to the appt notes. The manager tried to assist, however she decided to tell me all the reason why this happened instead of taking accountability and fixing the situation. She did offer me a loaner after all the back and forth I

In the Service Department We Lost a GREAT TEAM!!! Get ready people for very Robotic Customer service they don’t care @ all!! We Lost Ricky:(, Kim:(, Shawndi:(, Alan:( They were so Honest and Truly cared about their customers and their concerns and needs they would tell you the TRUTH of what you needed ,Not just charge you to get your Money they always treated you SPECIAL they helped and checked on you would go the extra 1000 miles for you Oscar is Great, so is Camile that's all we have left INFINITI OF SAN ANTONIO IS GOING TO LOSE ALOT OF CUSTOMERS!!!!! INFINITI REALLY NEEDS TO GET THEM BACK Corporate isn't doing something for all of them to leave!!This is my 1st time with very poor customer service the new service manager Jeremy was very non chalant he was too busy showing off his Family

Alan Artavia was great. I had a display issue and an oil change. He fixed the display right away. The oil change only took an hour. Great job, thanx! 15k service. All went great. The service advisor Kimberly Stewart went over everything due. Great job. Only took 2 hours
