I found Ingram's when I moved to Cedar Point 4 years ago, and they have been wonderful in taking care of my car. Their prices are fair and their work is excellent! (and Lori likes dogs 🐕)

Recently vacationed at Emerald Isle and my radiator fan wouldn’t turn off on my Chevy Silverado. Called a repair shop locally and they referred me to Ingram’s. I called and was able to get my truck looked at the next day. They diagnosed a stuck thermostat, gave me a quote via text and texted me when it was done, same price as quote, very reasonable and very quick. Great people and appreciate that they didn’t try to gouge me on repairs. Highly recommend them!

Mr. Ingram is amazing. They not only helped me find the cause to my misfire. They saw my key fob battery was dead and that I had two holes in my tires that I was unaware of and he fixed them for no charge. Also, he wouldn’t accept payment until the job was completely finished. Which speaks highly of his integrity of the work he does. I would recommend him to anyone in the area!

Ingram Auto Care is simply the best... We moved to the area about a year and a half ago, and of course the first thing anyone wants to do is make sure they find an honest mechanic. We tried Ingram Auto and were absolutely amazed! Beyond fair, extremely honest, thorough, hard-working and customer focused - really cannot say enough good things about Phil and the whole team! They have worked on our newer Acura for maintenance items, as well doing extensive trouble shooting and problem solving on our old Ford truck. Every time we go there, no matter what the car issue might be, they've always taken incredible care of us! Truly amazing and I am thankful for them!

Awesome service! Nearly broke down on the side of the road multiple times over the last few weeks so I dropped my car off at Ingram’s and they quickly performed a diagnostic, finding out my catalytic converter degraded. They offered a very reasonable price (much lower than the dealership) and timely install. Convenient location, super nice staff, and quality work.
