The place only worrying about money an they not doing a good job is sucks. The over charging only for yes checking the truck Something anyone Do in one hour they take 8 hours to charge 2.400 dallars. Is It’s pretty bad. No recommended is Better to go and do the job and the street. Worst experience by far and truck is still there. Took our truck in for a factory recall, and turns out that their is transmission issues, which still has warranty but they do not want to cover anything, which is ridiculous. Service department communication with customer is horrible. Every person we spoken with has a different answer and when you try to engage in a conversation and try to state factual information they challenge you and get offended and are rude. Fees keep racking up with no answer. The reason truck has been there for a long time is according to Aaron in service department is because mechanic tech working on our truck had been out for a couple of days on training program. If a tech worker is out there should be another truck tech taking his place. It’s so frustratin

If I could give zero stars, I would. Took my day cab in for a DEF tank flush and a simple two-wire harness install. The dealership had the audacity to quote me 8 hours for the flush—on a day cab, with zero access issues. Then they tried to tack on another 10 hours to run a harness from the firewall to the rear axle wheel speed sensor. This was a single axle unit, not some complex sleeper setup. When I questioned the outrageous labor estimate (we’re talking over $5,000 in labor alone), the service writer had no real answers. Then the foreman stepped in—rude, defensive, and borderline yelling—trying to justify the charges with a bunch of nonsense. I had to remind him what kind of truck he was even looking at. Clearly, he didn’t know or didn’t care. I ended up taking the truck to Peterbilt

I would like to thank first of all our sales person Jack Spradlin he made our first commercial vehicle purchase a breeze. He was always attentive and always was happy to answer all out questions about the truck and process. Next time we purchase another commercial vehicle it will be from Jack his knowledge professionalism and work ethic exceeded our expectations by far. Second we would like to thank the service team especially the service manager Eric and lead service advisor Luis. Their extraordinary customer service and knowledge of the truck made us feel comfortable that our truck was in good hands.
