Both Tim's in service went over and beyond in helping with Electric issue. I have a bigbunk and they checked my sleeper to make sure it stayed plugged in so it had power for week and half. The mechanic Blake also went over and beyond to keep my Cab clean.. Thank you ALL..

Inland Kenworth was very helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and caring of our situation and getting us back on the road. The service writers Tim and Brandon are very helpful and they also know how to lighten the blow of being broke down. Also, James the part's Manger is very helpful and we appreciate him for helping us with a part issue in a timely manner. Since all of these parts the dpf sensor, the dpf itself were removed a few months ago I saw it as a one or two hour job to replace the sensor and remove the dpf to air it out in comparisonto to all day. $2500 to do this was way over priced, by at least a thousand.

Since Tucson is my home I chose Inland as my go to location. We had a few bumps in the beginning but each time since;that I've brought in my 2018 T680 in for repair they have always came through. Tim and Brandon keep a open dialog and communicate on the progress of my repairs. All repair is expensive but they do their best to keep me from breaking the bank and getting back on the road as quickly as possible. The only thing that would make this dealership better would be a 24 hr shop.Thank you Kenworth Tucson for keeping me running and going down the road.
