There aren't enough good things I can say about Jay and this dealership. He genuinely cares about every vehicle he sells, and every customer he works with. I literally worked with this man for YEARS before I finally committed to my purchase (1994 Trans Am). He stayed patient with me, addressed every single concern I had, and stayed true to his word. I have never dealt with a dealership, that sincerely cared as much for their customers, than Jay and his team. Not only did personally deliver my car, 2 1/2 hours away, but it also came with two cases of beer (a side joke I thought he had forgotten)! This dealership, this owner, this CAR... I purchased a 1999 Lexus GS 400 from Jay and the folks at inland Valley auto and have nothing but great things to say. Jay did a live video walk around of the car inside and out and showed me everything good and bad with the vehicle. The communication was prompt and on point at all times. So you know all those things you hate about used car dealers, well this place is the exact opposite of them. Jay was great to work with. We worked out the price prior to my arrival and it stayed that exact amount. The truck was exactly as described and everything was up front. I will be buying my next car from here
