Inlign Automotive

I blew a tire on 1792 (pictures included) and pulled into the safest location where I could check out the damage. When I looked to my right there was Inlign Automotive. I walked in, was greeted immediately, even while they were with another customer. I explained my problem & knew I had parked a little ways from the entrance. My tech said no problem, went and checked my tires, and they took AMAZING care of me & my Toyota. Not once did I feel pressed or pressured into an upsale. They ended up fixing a leaking axel which would have cost me 3xs at the dealer (I still have the quote from the dealership). I will ONLY be going to Inlign for my car needs in the future. They were a literal Gods-send. (One of the techs name is actually Angel! LOL).

I was treated really well here. They were wrapping up my car close to closing time when a bolt broke and needed to wait to get it out the next day, I would not have had a car to use so they rented me one until my car was done days later. They did a fantastic job on the car drives better then new. I would never hesitate to bring my car back for whatever reason.

Everyone at this shop has always been wonderful to work with. We've had my daughter's Green Machine in there so many times that I'm on a first name basis with Danielle (the receptionist/person who knows what's going on there). They're very honest about what's going on with the car and they work hard to find the best, most economical, fix for the problem.

This was my first time coming to Inlign, a good friend recommended them. I just moved to Florida and had no idea where to go for repairs to my 2007 Toyota Tundra CrewMax Limited with 279,545 miles on it. Brought it in to fix my windshield wipers that were not working and replace my Serpentine Belt. Matt, the service rep I dealt with was fantastic. He did a great job handling the repair order, and even though I had to wait for it, it was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Fixed wipers, inspected Serpentine/Tensioner they were good and did not need replacement, completed a safety inspection on the truck with an inspection report with photos to verify inspection. Since my first visit to InLign last year for my Porsche Macan S’ tire repair, I haven’t stop using them as my go to place for tires. My wife’ Mercedes EQE500 just got all 4 tires replaced+alignment and she is very happy with the work done. Very professional and customer service driven. I give them a 100% satisfaction rate.
