Inner City Auto Repair

Just wanted to share, our normal mechanic had my car a week, and then informed me they wouldn't be able to fix my car due to the complexity of what it needed. It took almost another week, but man am i so glad we didn't settle. We found inner city, and he was so honest, fair priced, and so quick (and it even took a little longer than expected)despite my car being an absolute pain in the butt! He kept us updated the entire time. Kept the price to what he originally estimated…. Thank you for getting us in so fast and making sure i had a vehicle for the holidays! We will absolutely be back!

He took my husband’s car in right away to diagnose a brake issue and was able to fit me in much sooner than expected. He was kind, professional, and incredibly honest—something that’s hard to come by these days. Don’s integrity really stood out throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, and treated me with genuine respect. In my 60 years of driving I’ve never dealt with a mechanic/owner Don, Inner City Auto. Don’s more than a knowledgeable mechanic, he’s a great guy who treats customers more as clients with honesty and dignity. I have used Inner City Auto’s services for all 3 of my family cars and SUV and will never use any other auto repair shop. Oh yeah there were times Don charged so much less than I expected, I felt obligated to give him more! Do yourself a favor and use Inner City Auto!!!!!

Don is awesome and extremely professional. I needed a wheel bearing replaced (a pressed bearing) and he did the job quickly and efficiently.
