Highly recommend Inner-City Auto Repair! They provided us with honest and professional service on our van’s transmission. Adam, the owner, took the time to clearly explain why replacing it with a brand-new transmission (instead of a used one) was the better long-term option. He even went above and beyond to help us get the vehicle back on the road quickly so we wouldn’t lose any clients. We truly appreciate the extra effort. He also provided the receipt directly from Ford, and the new transmission came with a 3-year warranty. Thank you, Adam and team! For businesses that has a lot vehicles, bring your fleet in this shop. They have 3 different locations, either which you go you never gonna go wrong!
The mechanics were able to diagnose the problem quickly and already had new replacement parts available. Got me in same day and my tahoe is running smoothly now Highly recommend Inner City in Cherry Valley on Beaumont Ave for your car repairs.
I’d like to make it a better review but unfortunately I can’t. A friend of mine took me to this place. They had a dodge 1500 lifted 4 wheel drive truck for sale. I had a 1955 ford f100 to trade he was willing to trade but only if I added my Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 with the deal. I really needed a vehicle to get my kids to school and me and my wife to work so I did the deal. I heard a ticking in the motor when I mentioned it the owner acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. He said he heard nothing and that the motor and transmission were both freshly rebuilt with only 40000 miles. He told me that it was a sound motor and would take me anywhere in the US I wanted to go. I returned over a month later the ticking became a knocking and he said he would give me a deal and only charge m
Adam at Inner City Tire is one solid dude. He quoted me a price for a house call and tire replacement, and he stood by his word. I haven’t experienced that kind of service since the mid-80s. He’s reliable, professional, and an absolute good neighbor. Outstanding service all around, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
The people here are great, they communicate everything they are doing and they are quick, will definitely be coming back
