I would highly recommend Innovative Auto for any and all your vehicle maintenance and repairs. Cris was very informative throughout the whole process of my repairs. He kept me informed on everything that was being done and any extras that were needed. Bo was also helpful throughout the process. These gentleman are very friendly, courteous and helpful. Explained everything in great detail so I could understand exactly what was needed in my vehicle. Thank You both very much for everything you did.

Took my Mazda CX-5 in to get the brake pads and rotors changed out. They were able to get my car in for an inspection when I walked in, they told me I could actually wait on the front pads if I wanted, and there was no up-sell. I decided to just do all 4 at the same time. The price was extremely fair, and we added on a fluid flush because it was time. Since they offer a military discount, it brought the price down to where I felt like I was getting a very good price given what other shops would charge for the same work. After a few days of driving my car now, I can say I am very satisfied with tbe work, and will be back should I need more work in the future!

This place was great. I took in my oldie but goodie 89 F250 because it was leaking. They found the leak was coming from 2 places but fixed the one of major concern and gave the other as an option and didn’t try to sell me on an expensive fix for a vehicle I don’t drive very often. Chris was extremely helpful and provided very detailed information about the entire process.

Don't take your vehicle here yes prices are cheaper than some other shops but my time is more important. These people lied and said my vehicle would be finished on a certain day and that day came they didn't have my vehicle ready and they never started on it. The guy at front is a cool dude and needs to work somewhere else he's too good of person to be surrounded by people that just don't care.
