Inspection Express Lube, Tires & more

I have only had two experiences with this shop and it may sound strange but I wish I had more. The kindness, professionalism and over great Customer service skills. On both occasions, they went out their way to find me the best price for my situation and even discounted when they did not have to. I highly recommend them to everyone. 5/13/2020 @ 12:00 pm (appointment time) I saw all the good reviews and decided to purchase the Groupon for the all wheel alignment and tire rotation. Well the gentleman there today just....destroyed the other reviews because he was horrible. He’s a more mature gentleman that worked the front desk. I walked in and told him I had a Groupon but when I asked a general question he goes, “You gotta ask the mechanic; I’m not the mechanic.” 👀 ok fine. Maybe that was a miss. When he pulled my car in the bay and came back in I asked what time they closed (I was going to leave and come back), and that’s when the attitude continued. We had a brief exchange, but I couldn’t understand what he was saying and when I asked for a second time what time they close because I was going to leave and come back h

I needed to get a full service done for my Jetta and was in & out so fast. Great job from these guys will definitely come back here again. Moumen was very helpful and 100% transparent. Inspection Express really does have excellent customer service, you won’t regret it!
