Instant State Inspections

I have been coming here for years for inspections and minor repairs.

I went for an annual inspection and they found a screw in my new tire (less than 5k miles on it). They did not charge me for a screw removal/fixing because the screw was small and didn't punch the tire thru. This is very honest because they could have charged me for an unnecessary tire repair, or worse for tire replacement. Also, this year I was quickly in and out.

This is one of the best experiences I have encountered with a repair shop. They are helpful and professional. I have found the place for all future car needs. You can rely on this place to be honest !

My wife recently went in for an inspection and it failed due to a code being shown, which we understood. I replaced the gas cap shortly after, suspecting that was the issue. The light immediately went off. She returned the following week, and it was failed again. Instead of offering to look into it or providing any insight, the person helping her seemed clearly annoyed and just said, "You have to get it fixed." That’s not the kind of service we expect. A little professionalism and willingness to help goes a long way. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere moving forward.

Went to get an inspection today and the customer service was great. I brought my son with me, so we had to wait in the waiting room while the inspection was being done. The woman at the front desk was very nice and even gave my son markers and a coloring book to color. She also gave him crackers and apple juice. Thank you so much for the great customer service.
