Integrated Engineering

I have been a big fan of iE since I began my b9 journey. They saved me from 034, and were always willing to talk and answer questions. I continue to speak as highly as I can of the team when others ask about different tunes, and the parts they have are top tier. Recently, I purchased the iE Race IC and turbo inlet. Both were shipped quick and I look forward to it. Thanks as always to the iE Team.

My brother has been purchasing a lot of parts from Integrated Engineering and we stopped by to visit today. We were greeted by Devin and we were able to get some souvenirs. Great business and great employees. I am glad they take care of their clients and their fans.

My 2015 Golf R is modified and I have the stage 2 ECU tune and TCU tune as well. I have had a few questions regarding my setup and Devin at Integrated Engineering has been very helpful. They have good tech support.

While I haven't received the part yet (I'm confident it will be great), the service I received was above and beyond expectations. We had some issues with the mailing address, but I contacted them, Ryan M with the help of Aldin K, were able to resolve the issue. Customer service at it's finest. Will shop here again!

To put it short they refused to replace a OBD Dongle as it was defective from the start and was even reports within warranty but I was kept in this loop of oh update the form way this is never happened this has to be ur car check ur fuses. I’ve checked everything nothing needed replaced and even replace all my fuses just because but the thing won’t work or power on when connected. I reached out and Kyle told me it didn’t matter that it’s a 1 year warranty. The think works if oh e a laptop connected to it so I can tune with it but the Bluetooth function nope no app for me. I’m a repeat customer that’s come back for several tunes and accessories for my Golf but sadly your customer loyalty mean absolutely nothing to Integrated Engineering.
