Jake and the entire crew at integrity auto are the most wonderful mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My older sister and I have been frequenting the shop for years and years now, and integrity has always gone above and beyond to help me out with so many different situations from my car being totaled, and then graciously letting me keep it there until I can figure out what to do, checking out my car cause I was just panicking that there was something wrong and they reassured me that it was fine ( it was. I’m just a worry wart lol ) to doing larger fixes on my vehicle, I was quoted nearly 3 grand at a different shop and immediately called integrity to see if they were accurate with pricing and right off. We live in central Minnesota. My 16 year old daughter is driving to Chicago and she had a transmission high oil temp light come on. I told her to stop and have a shop check it out. Thankfully, she stopped here. They checked her car out, it took ten minutes and said the only concern is that a CV joint may need servicing soon. My daughter said they were very respectful and explained things in easy to understand terms. Huge thanks to you and God Bless!

Stopped in with a low tire on our way back home to Illinois. They were super helpful and quick. Real nice, honest people. Would totally recommend.

My college son’s car would not start. Friends tried to jump it with no luck. As a mom who is 4 hrs away, it was heartbreaking. We were able to have it towed and they were able to look at it right away. Turned out to be a bad spark plug. Pricing was very reasonable. They even showed him what to look for and how to fix himself if it happens again.

Hello good morning everyone, I'm telling you I had a bad experience with that workshop. I took my Silverado on Wednesday with the engine light on and a fault and they called me Friday afternoon saying the truck was ready when they charged me and after delivering the vehicle the light was still on and the faulty. I made the claim according to them they changed an injector and that I had to make another appointment because they couldn't keep the truck. In short, I got home and the truck still has the same fault. I do not recommend them at all. I paid 1190 for the supposed injector and the truck still didn't look good.
