Excellent experience with Integrity Auto Glass. From the first phone call, Brent was knowledgeable, honest, and gave very fair pricing with absolutely no pressure. He took the time to explain the process and answered all of my questions and concerns. The technician, Ryan, was outstanding, professional, and did fantastic work. The whole process was smooth and easy. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly values integrity and customer service. I could not be more pleased and I will gladly recommend Integrity to anyone!

I work in auto insurance and Integrity Auto Glass is a shop many customers use and we get positive feedback on. When I was out of town and got a cracked windshield over the weekend, I set up a replacement with Integrity Auto Glass. Monday morning (before 9AM) I had a call from Brent to schedule replacement. He quickly identified which windshield option was correct for my car (as there were a few options), and had our appointment scheduled within minutes. The day of the appointment we had to be in the area for something else and he got us in before we left the area so we didn't have to drive back later in the day. Long time customer here. Brent did all of the window repair and replacement of a fleet I managed for 17 years as well as my personal vehicles. He’s hands down the best vendor I’ve worked with. Honest, prompt and professional. My 2021 Chevy truck has heads up display and multiple sensors. I called him yesterday and he got me in by noon and out by 2:30 with a new windshield. No nonsense. I contacted three other local glass repair shops in Meridian, and every single one of them immediately told me I needed a full windshield replacement. Integrity Auto Glass was the only shop that didn’t try to upsell me on something I didn’t need. They took the time to actually inspect the damage, repaired the crack perfectly, and saved me hundreds of dollars. The quality of the work is excellent, and their honesty is rare these days. I was referred to Integrity Auto Glass by my glass chip repair guy. Brent was very knowledgeable and took the time to gather the necessary components to complete the windshield replacement correctly the first time on my 2000 Chevrolet Corvette.
