Before I decided to take my vehicle to them for estimate Stephen the owner called and talk to me about what I can expect from Integrity. I must I say he was on point and exceeded my expectations. Layla was so friendly and made me feel at ease leaving my vehicle in their very capable hands she kept me updated with the work in progress. I am 100% satisfied with the hail damage repair of my 2023 Nissan Rogue. They restored it back to factory new, I fell back in love with it as if it was my first time seeing it. Just got my truck back after needing dent and paint repairs from this last hail storm and WOW. Exceptional quality and service the entire process. Complete transparency and updates until the day I got my truck back and it's Beautiful. Will recommend them to anyone I hear that needs hail repair. I had major scratches from a fallen tree on my doors from the storm and they are completely gone and can’t even tell they were there.

I cannot say enough about this owner and his wife. You want a team that goes above and beyond for people well you found them. I had been getting moved from adjuster to adjuster on my claim one company had already dropped me due to the lack of communication and response from my insurance. Then God lead me to Integrity. Steve and his wife stayed with me through this chaos for 4 months trying to get my car repaired. The insurance company continued to give us the runaround. The first estimate they did was a joke. They left off all the custom upgrades. I felt like they were trying to get us to give up. Steve did not let that break him down if anything he dug in for the fight. People like these are rare and I'm truly happy with the outcome of my vehicle. Thank you Steve for such an amazing job

I saw the Integrity sign and called the number, no answer. I didn't leave a message. The owner Stephen called me back and won my business with his great customer service 😁 I met with Kevin to assess the hail damage to my car. These two are super nice people! I had never done a claim on my auto insurance. They dealt with my insurance company, they paid my deductible. I didn't have to do anything 🤯 Stephen & Kevin came to my work & picked up my car. Kevin kept me in the loop with updates. When they were finished, Kevin brought my car back to me at work. Not only was it looking new and clean on the outside, they detailed the inside! As if that wasn't already going over and above..... My windshield wiper fluid had NOT WORKED since I bought my car a year ago(it was used) They FIXED it!! ⭐️⭐️

They were exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly! They repaired my car’s hail damage, making it look brand new again with a fast turnaround time. They even went above and beyond by waiving the $1,000 deductible, washing my car, and replacing my windshield wipers. I highly recommend them and will definitely work with them again!
