True to their name! I first heard about Integrity Automotive through their involvement and support of my son’s school robotics club, and I’m so glad I brought my Jeep to them. Ben provided a very honest and thorough diagnosis of my transmission issue. He was transparent, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. It’s great to see a shop with such a strong commitment to our community that also treats its customers with total honesty. Highly recommend!

They did an excellent job on my vehicle and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time given what needed to be done. What really sets them apart is the honesty and transparency. Ben walked me through all the recommended repairs, clearly explaining what needed to be done now for my safety and what could wait — which made it easy to make a confident, informed decision without feeling pressured, and while still being mindful of cost in today’s economy. Ben and his staff do an excellent job with auto repairs. Ben sends all information via email attachments so that you can review the problem(s) and recommended solution(s). There is always an option to accept or decline any recommendations. The price is very fair and competitive. In addition, Ben is a part of the Neenah community. He cares about his customers in a way that goes above and beyond being a business owner.

Needed a handful of odds and ends done on a 14 Soul for quite a while but kept putting them off, when finally a serious problem came up that needed attention asap. This dude came highly recommended from another dude who knows what he is talking about, so I made sure to get my car towed to this garage, despite it being quite far from my place. Basically Ben did a complete inspection and I added some random issues I had with the car and when I saw the list of things that needed fixing, it was a decent to-do list. Ben was super cool in talking to me about every little thing and all of my concerns and gripes with how I feel about the car, a good amount of back and forth went on and the dude stayed cool about it the whole time, I didn't want to waste the man's time but he gave me plenty of feed

We've been seeing Ben for 6 months or so, and his service has always been personable, pleasant, and willing to explain problems. I've never had a mechanic send me a picture of what was wrong, and so far he has lived up to his business name of Integrity.
