I had a bumper to bumper service change of fluids. Lube, air pressure checks. These guys do great work! Customer service was fantastic! The called and communicated to me what was needed and had me back out on the trail that day!!! Always a warm welcome from Frank the Tank! He is a really good guy with Integrity!!! I scheduled an appointment and was able to get in for an oil change the very next day at Integrity Automotive. Jeff Howard was my service advisor, and he was fantastic—kind, smiling, professional, and patient with all of my questions. He made the whole process easy and got me out right on time. I was so impressed that I recommended them to a friend whose vehicle broke down during the Gem Show here in Tucson. She also had an amazing experience and was very well taken care of—Ernie helped her, and she couldn’t say enough good things. These guys truly live up to their name. As a first time customer, I was more than impressed! Jeff not only got me in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon, but was able to get my engine light problem addressed almost immediately. He and his staff identified the problem after some tests and provided a quick solution that was fairly priced and effective. Highly recommend Integrity Automotive!

Orlando was awesome! They all took great care of my car here, were super kind and explained everything to me. I came in for two appointments and they were so great about remembering me, calling me to go through things and even though they were, busy nothing was brushed off, truly just all around great people here! It’s very welcoming and they were QUICK! 10/10 would recommend!

I went in to have my rear brake pads & rotors changed out. I was helped out by Jesse, the Service Manager, who was extremely helpful and thorough in explaining everything they with my vehicle. Also appreciated the full inspection they did of my car. I will definitely be going with Integrity in the future!
