I bring my car whenever I need to. Shawn and Anna are top tier professionals. Integrity Automotive has always been great with communications, efficiency, reliability. I no longer have to bounce from shop to shop to find one that has capacity to work on my vehicle. I no longer have to call shops multiple times a week to get a status update on my vehicle. I no longer have to wonder for how long I will be without my vehicle. I simply no longer have to dread auto repair. I always recommend Integrity Automotive to friends and family whenever I can.

They lost my engine cover after replacing my spark plugs and won't own up to it. Said they couldn't find it in their shop or pile of parts (Meaning they forget to re-install parts and then don't contact the owners of said parts to return them pretty often I guess). They did finally offer to get one from a junkyard AFTER I called them 3 times when they didn't return my call like they said they would. They had no intention on making things right until I hounded them about it and their poor attempt at it shows their character and how much value they put in you as their repeat customer. No integrity is what they should call themselves. If they won't own up to a simple engine cover, how can you trust them with more intricate maintenance items? It's sad really because I thought they did good

We have been coming to Integrity Automotive for years. Recently now more than ever. Overall it has been a exceptional experience. Their front desk staff has been pleasant and understanding to the financial stress of having unexpected vehicle repairs. They try to give you options to cover the costs.

I have only been here to get inspections. They are pretty fast and communicate well. Unfortunately, I was told this year that they no longer do them. Also, I love there dog!

They take too long on a small service the said I can’t speak to owner he is out on vacation they told me that they order parts from a Toyota in Austin and they had to re order again my parts second week they change the date on me I need my car don’t take vehicle here
