Absolutely amazing experience. This place is the real deal. The owner was 100% honest, showed me exactly what was wrong with my car, explained everything clearly, and charged me exactly what was fair—no upselling, no nonsense. You can tell this is someone who actually cares about helping people, not just making a quick buck. I was so happy with how my car ran after, I literally gave the guy a hug. If you want a trustworthy mechanic who does quality work at a fair price, this is the place. Can’t recommend Integrity Automotive enough.

I drive by their shop regularly so I already knew the name. They are always busy. I checked them out on Yelp before contacting them. Top rated. Great reviews. When I called Joe, he spoke with me like family. Explained the details, possible options and solutions. After he tested my 2016 Honda Odyssey, by phone, we decided on the best course of action. They both provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced with the personal touch of a family-run establishment; you can tell they genuinely care about you. They work with you to make sure your car gets the services that it needs for a very reasonable price. Hannia did my intake and Mindy processed my sale and helped me with the test drive. Al helped me with the loan and financing.
